About: Dr. Kumar graduated in medicine from Sardar Patel Medical College, Bikaner, India. Thereafter, he started working as a Junior Resident in the department of Clincal Oncology at Delhi State Cancer Institute, New Delhi and in the department of Medical Oncology and Haematology at All India Institute of Medical Science, Rishikesh, India. He joined Harvard Medical School for Global Clinical Scholars Research Training (GCSRT) Program in 2016 and completed in 2017 with securing first position in final Clinical Trials Concentration Team Assignment with his team. At present he is working as a Marie Skłodowska-Curie ESR fellow at Institute of Experimental Endocrinology and Oncology, Naples, Italy, part of the CNR in Italy, working on thyroid cancer stem cells.
